Selena Gomez is dating Justin Bieber. Sorry girls! The two were seen holding hands on Sunday afternoon in Santa Monica on the Pacific in Southern California. Both were dressed up casually and looked pretty relaxed. Actually they were smiling while looking in each other's eyes.
More than that, they didn't appear to hide from the paparazzi.
